I have been using VAs for years from micro-sites like fiver, through to elance and oDesk to hiring my own VAs from Cebu (via craigslist). So really why bother buying another VA book. Well because each book teaches me one or two nuances (except this one). Because I have got as much value from a chapter than I usually get from a book with other VA books,Chris is obviously a master in this area, I am taking notes like crazy, he is auditing my processes, highlighting the weaknesses in them, reminding me of the little things I get lax about, and with VAs it is the little things that make the difference between a reasonable job, and a GREAT job.Excellent work, well done Chris.(Why not 5 starts, a few more actionable specific items would have made this book stronger, but do not let that stop you buying the book, if your outsourcing, and don't read this book, your road will be longer and more painful.... just sayin').
